We’re seeking an experienced, licensed Property/Casualty Producer who loves building relationships, helping customers, and contributing to a team that always puts people first.

What You'll Do:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales (inside or outside sales, retail sales associate) preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Property/Casualty License preferred
- Life/Health License (Must be able to obtain)
- Proactive problem solver
- Must be able to work in a team environment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
